Pricing

Pay only for what you use.AI usage at cost, itemized.

One platform fee for the firm, plus AI usage at cost: what the AI provider charges us for each call, with no markup, and every call itemized. A monthly cap and a per-case estimate keep it predictable.

  1. 01

    A platform fee

One monthly fee for the firm's platform, quoted for how your practice works.

  2. 02

    AI usage at cost

AI is billed at the AI provider's list price for each call — what it charges us — with no markup.

  3. 03

    Every call itemized

Each Claude call is recorded on its own line: what it was for, the model that ran it, its tokens and its cost.

  • A monthly cap per firm

Your firm's monthly AI cap is checked before every Claude call. At the cap, AI pauses until the next month instead of running up the bill.

  • A cost estimate per case

Before you sign, we estimate what AI will cost per case for your practice mix, so you can budget the month before it starts.

What LitAxis is

One platform for the whole case — that gets better as you use it.

LitAxis is case management and intake software for plaintiff law firms — personal injury, employment, wage & hour, mass tort and complex litigation. It runs the whole case in one web application: a website lead form and a conflict check on every lead, an Amazon Connect call center with an AI voice intake agent, treatment tracking, AI medical chronologies in which every AI-extracted entry quotes its source, AI-drafted demand letters, negotiation plans, and a settlement waterfall with per-client trust ledgers. It learns from the firm's own outcomes — which leads sign, which follow-ups work, what cases resolve for — and leaves the decisions that matter with the firm's people. LitAxis runs on AWS; its drafting, chronology and analysis AI is Anthropic's Claude through Amazon Bedrock.

AI at every step

From the first click to the final check.

Many firms run a lead form, a phone system, a case manager, a document tool and a settlement spreadsheet — and lose something at every handoff. In LitAxis it is one line, and the case never changes hands between systems.

Smarter with every case

Every case makes the next one better.

LitAxis learns from your firm's own outcomes — not an industry average, not someone else's data — and turns them into recommendations your team can see the reasons for.

Which leads sign?

  • Sign rates by source, channel and campaign, from your own intake history.

Which follow-ups work?

  • The Chase Optimizer runs versions of a follow-up cadence side by side and records what actually happened — signed, replied, came in for treatment, sent documents, opted out.

What do cases resolve for?

  • Case value anchored to your own settled cases of the same type — and similar severity and medical specials, where recorded — shown as a range with how many cases it rests on. No comparables, no number.

What should happen next?

  • Case Autopilot reviews your active matters on a schedule for statute risk, deadlines, treatment gaps, stalled negotiations and demands that are ready — and learns which recommendations your team acts on. Deadline warnings are never down-ranked.

Illustration. Once each version has enough leads, new leads shift toward the one that signs the most; the others keep a small share, so a change in what works is still caught.

AI you can check

It shows its work. You make the call.

Legal work needs sources, not confidence. LitAxis is built so the AI points to where each fact came from, says when it doesn't know, and leaves the decisions that matter — what to send, file or settle — with your team.

  • AI chronology entries that can't quote their source word for word are dropped, not shown.
  • Case valuation says how many of your settled cases it compared against, and their range — or that there aren't enough.
  • Suggested next steps on a matter never send, file or execute anything on their own.
  • AI Jobs ship switched off. Their AI steps wait for a person to approve or run them, and drafted letters wait for review.
  • The client portal's AI answers only from client-safe case information, and is instructed to hand legal-advice questions to your team.

Your data, your tools

Your system of record. Open by design.

LitAxis holds the whole firm in one place — and never locks it in. Connect the tools you use today, or build your own.

  • A versioned REST API with an OpenAPI spec and scoped keys — down to individual fields on matters, clients, tasks and intakes.
  • LitAxis is an MCP server: connect Claude or any MCP client to your firm through the same keys, permissions and ethical walls.
  • Signed webhooks with retries and a delivery log — point them at Zapier or your own systems.
  • Inbound webhooks that bring your other systems' data into LitAxis dashboards.

Security & privacy

Built for data you can't afford to leak.

How we protect it

Firm-by-firm isolation

Every query is scoped to your firm in the application, and Postgres row-level security enforces it again in production.

Encrypted, stored and moving

The database, document storage, secrets and call recordings are encrypted with AWS KMS customer-managed keys, with rotation on. Connections are HTTPS-only, with Strict Transport Security.

Ethical walls beyond the screens

Record-level screens apply in the app, the API, the MCP server, custom Canvas screens and Slack commands — not just the main screens.

Tamper-evident audit trail

Changes and sign-ins go into a hash-chained log. Database triggers block ordinary edits and deletes, and a one-click check in settings verifies the chain is intact.

Who is LitAxis for?

Plaintiff law firms — personal injury, employment, wage & hour, mass tort and complex litigation — and the people in them: intake agents, case managers, paralegals, medical-records staff, demand writers, negotiators, attorneys, operations managers and the firm owner. Clients get their own portal. See it by role

Does LitAxis replace our case management system?

It's built to. LitAxis is one system of record for intake, calls, matters, documents, treatment and money, in one database rather than stitched across five products. A versioned REST API, an MCP server, signed webhooks and a full data export keep it connected to the tools you already use.

How does LitAxis keep AI from making things up?

AI medical-chronology entries that can't quote their source word for word are dropped, not shown. Case valuation says how many of your settled cases it compared against — or that there aren't enough. Suggested next steps never send, file or execute anything on their own, and drafted letters wait for a person to review. AI guardrails

Can we get our data out?

Yes. Admins can export the firm's matters, clients, contacts, communications and document records whenever they like, and the REST API and MCP server give programmatic access. Your data, your tools

How much does LitAxis cost?

You pay only for what you use: one monthly platform fee for the firm, plus AI usage at cost. AI is billed at the provider's list price for each call, which is what it charges us, with no markup, and every Claude call is itemized. The platform fee is quoted for your firm; there's no published rate card yet. How pricing works
