How much does LitAxis cost?

You pay only for what you use: one monthly platform fee for the firm, plus AI usage at cost. AI is billed at the provider's list price for each call, which is what it charges us, with no markup, and every Claude call is itemized. The platform fee is quoted for your firm; there's no published rate card yet.

How do we keep the AI bill predictable?

Two ways. Your firm has a monthly AI cap, checked before every Claude call: at the cap, AI pauses until the next month instead of running up the bill. And before you sign, we estimate what AI will cost per case for your practice mix.

What does "at cost" mean?

We pass AI through at the AI provider's list price for each call — the price it charges us — and add nothing on top.

Why isn't the platform fee published?

We haven't published a rate card yet. Rather than post numbers we'd change, we scope each firm directly and give you a straight answer.

What happens in a demo?

A live walkthrough of LitAxis running on our synthetic demo firm — real screens, invented cases — focused on the steps you care about, then your questions.

Which AI does LitAxis use?

Drafting, medical chronologies and analysis run on Anthropic's Claude through Amazon Bedrock.

Can we get our data out?

Yes. Admins can export the firm's matters, clients, contacts, communications and document records whenever they like, and the REST API and MCP server give programmatic access. Your data, your tools

What about HIPAA and security audits?

LitAxis has a signed business associate agreement with AWS, which hosts the application, its database and your documents, and our BAA for firms is being finalized. We haven't completed a third-party security audit yet, and we show no badges we haven't earned. Security, agreements and subprocessors
