About LitAxis

Built for the plaintiff side.

A plaintiff case passes through a lead form, a phone call, an intake interview, months of treatment, a stack of records, a demand, a negotiation and a settlement. At most firms each of those lives in a different system — and every handoff drops something.

Worse, the lessons don’t travel. Which ads brought clients who signed, which follow-up actually reached people, what a case like this one settled for — that knowledge sits in closed files. LitAxis puts the whole case in one place and feeds each outcome back into the next decision.

What we believe

Four rules we build by.

01

AI should show its work.

An AI chronology entry quotes its source. A valuation says how many of your own cases it rests on — or that there aren't enough. Legal work runs on sources, so the software should too.

02

People make the calls.

LitAxis drafts, flags and recommends. Automations run only after you switch them on, AI steps wait for a person to approve or run them, and drafted letters wait for review.

03

The firm's data is the firm's.

Your history is the most valuable thing LitAxis learns from, and it belongs to you — reachable through the API, the MCP server and export.

04

Say what's true.

If something is in beta or still being built, we label it. If a certification isn't done, we don't show the badge.

Who it's for

The whole firm, not one department.

Personal injury, employment and wage & hour, mass tort and complex litigation — the practices where intake speed, case value and settlement accuracy decide the year.

  • Managing partners
  • Intake directors
  • Case managers
  • Paralegals
  • Attorneys
  • Settlement & finance teams

How it's built

Modern, and deliberately plain.

LitAxis is one web application on AWS — Aurora PostgreSQL, S3 and KMS underneath — with Anthropic's Claude, through Amazon Bedrock, doing the drafting and analysis. One database for the whole firm is what lets it learn across the whole case.
