The walkthrough

Clients are the injured people the firm represents. The client portal lets them see their case, keep up with treatment and talk to the firm, from their phone. Here is what your clients see.

  1. 01Where's my case?

The client sees where their case stands and the next step, in plain language, without calling the office. They sign in with a one-time link, so there's no password to forget.

  2. 02The road ahead

The journey shows every stage of a case, with you-are-here, so the wait makes sense. It sets expectations in the firm's own words.

  3. 03Ask about my case

Clients can ask about their case in plain language. Answers come only from what a client should see about their own case, never internal notes or financials.

  4. 04My treatment

Upcoming treatment appointments are listed, with a reminder before each one.

  5. 05How am I feeling?

A quick pain check-in from the phone goes straight into the case file, as a dated record for the case team.

  6. 06Message my legal team

Messages go to a private, secure thread with the firm, and the case manager answers on the matter.

  7. 07Send a document

Photos, bills or records can be uploaded from the phone, and they land on the case.

  8. 08My important dates

And the dates that involve the client, like appointments and hearings, are in one list. Internal deadlines stay internal.

Fewer what's-happening-with-my-case calls, and clients who stay engaged. That's the LitAxis client portal.
