The walkthrough
Case managers keep injured clients treating and informed: check-ins, appointments, gaps in care and messages, across a large caseload. Here is a case manager's day in LitAxis.
01What's due today
The day starts with what's due: today's deadlines and tasks across every one of the case manager's matters, instead of opening files one by one.
02My tasks
Then the task list: every open task assigned to them, soonest first. Tasks come from workflows, from Autopilot and from colleagues.
03Clients who've stopped treating
This queue shows clients with a gap in care or no recent visit. Adjusters use treatment gaps to discount a claim, so these are the calls to make this week.
04The client's treatment
On a client's file, the treatment timeline shows every visit by provider and date, past and upcoming, so it's clear at a glance whether they're keeping appointments.
05How the client says they feel
Clients log how they feel from the portal, and the check-ins are charted over time. That's a dated record for the demand, and an early warning when a client drifts.
06Messages from the client
Client messages arrive in a secure thread on the matter. The case manager answers here, and the whole team sees the history.
07What to do next
LitAxis reads the file and suggests next actions, such as requesting records or scheduling a follow-up. The case manager accepts or ignores each one.
08Autopilot across the caseload
Across the caseload, Autopilot lists the issues it found, most urgent first, including files whose treatment has ended and are ready for records and a demand.
Clients who keep treating, and files that keep moving. That's case management in LitAxis.
