The walkthrough
The intake manager runs the intake floor. They watch the queue and the live calls, coach quality, and own the sign-up rate. Here is how that looks in LitAxis.
01The morning queue
The morning starts with the whole funnel: every open lead, newest first, with its source and a conflict flag. Leads from the phones, the website and paid sources are triaged as they arrive.
02Where leads come from
One click filters the queue by the door each lead came through. That's how a manager spots a channel that's suddenly sending poor leads, or great ones.
03Who's on a call right now
The live board shows who is on a call right now, including calls an AI agent is handling. If an AI call needs a person, the manager can take it over from here.
04Callbacks waiting
Missed calls and requested callbacks wait in a queue, highest priority first. The manager can schedule or reassign them without leaving the board.
05Team performance
Team performance shows calls, talk time and outcomes for each agent, over whatever window the manager picks, computed from the calls themselves.
06Quality review, weakest first
For quality, AI reviews each intake for missed questions and red flags, and the weakest show first. The manager coaches from the intakes that need it most.
07Approve the sign-up
When an agent wants to sign a borderline case, the manager sees the lead score and the qualification in one place, and makes the call.
08The number that matters
And the number that matters: leads still in the funnel, against matters that reached open or beyond. That's the conversion rate.
One floor, one queue, one scorecard. LitAxis gives intake managers the whole picture without building a spreadsheet.
